Founding new blood for join our clan

I wanna suggest then we need fast upgrading our clan with new members and with server so:

-Roach can do server for us.
-Mapmaker do for us maps and scripts
-other will be helping with this
-who be helped too much in this will be thankfuled by our Leader

i have a plan(but have 87 % chance for win).
but i need go later on 4 servers because:
a)my buddys from poland(dont laugh me) have good zombie cooperative or nice prisons maps
b)i can add my buddys from my old clan(now its gone) to us
c)reward must be satisfacted if this be doned
d)more members-more guys-more servers-more reputation-more favoriting
